Florida Podcasters Association Founder Chris Krimitsos loves the podcasting medium.  Not only did he do his own podcast, Story Jam Theatre, but as the event he created, Podfest, grew quickly, he even launched a podcast called Podfest Chronicles.  The latter was a natural, with the event – whose full title became Podfest Multimedia Expo – growing from a Florida event, to attendees coming from throughout the U.S., to now being a destination for podcasters from around the world. In 2022, the event in Orlando is expected to draw over one thousand attendees.
 
Moreover, under the banner of his CK Productions company, Chris, in 2017, launched The Messengers: A Podcast Documentary, a film about podcasting that takes the viewer on a personal journey inside the lives of its featured participants. Those podcasters run the gamut in terms of location (filming was done in Miami, the Florida Keys, Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, and the Midwest) as well as diverse cultures.  Now available on DVD, the film was first screened in Orlando at the 2017 Podfest Multimedia Expo, followed by the World Premiere in west central Florida one month later at the historic Tampa Theatre. In early May, The Messengers was shown to a diverse audience at the Manuel Artime Theater in Miami.
