About The Association

The Florida Podcasters Association was founded in July, 2014 by Chris Krimitsos and a handful of podcasters who wanted to create a community for content creators within the state of Florida. The first session had a handful of people in attendance, but the excitement in the room was palpable!

Over the next few months, word got out and the group grew to over 50 individuals attending the monthly sessions. Proof of how much our association has grown over the years is our having outgrown the meeting rooms we have gathered in.  (Check the Meetup page for the location, date, and time of our next meeting.) We have had some of the most successful podcasters in the country launch their podcast out of this group. They also openly share their lessons learned with the group at our monthly sessions.

Podcasts like JV Crum III’s Conscious Millionaire, Niel Guilarte’s All Things Post, Katie Krimitsos’ Biz Women Rock! and Steve Cherubino’s EDM Producer Podcast are just a few examples of successful shows that have come from FPA members. There are tons of untapped niches waiting for you and your podcast!

The core of the Florida Podcasters Association is the community of individuals like yourself that attend and participate in the classes. Our monthly sessions are currently only $10 and open to anyone thinking of getting started in the field of podcasting.
